Service at Lambda

Many recovering LGBT people seek service as part of their recovery programs. There are many opportunities for service at Lambda. This page will be devoted to a listing of service opportunities, with contact information.

Some of these requests will come from the Board itself, while others will come from members of our community. If you have an opportunity for service, please use the contact form here to submit your listing. It will be reviewed and posted promptly to this page.

Are You Looking for a Way to Work the 12th Step?

Below is a listing of service opportunities from the Board or members of the community. These are excellent opportunities for service, if you are looking for it. All arrangements for service work are between the two parties. Lambda is simply providing for coordination of service opportunities.

Here is a list of what is available:

• The Lambda Board is looking for someone with good writing and organization skills to serve as newsletter editor. This is a board position and requires two years of recovery. Please contact Scott H. via the contact form. If you are interested, but have less than two years of recovery, contact us anyway, and we may be able to arrange to have you fulfill the position in a non-Board capacity.
